On 5th February 2018, in collaboration with the Branch Foundation, BEAM Education Foundation launched a soft skills workshop, providing students with the skills to create personal statements, fill out university applications, identify soft skills, create CVs, and learn interview skills
Soft Skills Workshop at BEAM
On 5th February 2018, in collaboration with the Branch Foundation, BEAM Education Foundation launched a soft skills workshop, providing students with the skills to create personal statements, fill out university applications, identify soft skills, create CVs, and learn interview skills for jobs and scholarships. The goal of the workshop is to better prepare BEAM students for their careers and further education journeys, while providing learning opportunities in and out of the classroom. Melinda will be leading the 6-week course from 5February until mid March 2018.
Melinda connected with BEAM through a partner NGO, The Branch Foundation. This is the Branch Foundation’s fifth year leading the Soft Skills Workshops at BEAM, and it is Mel’s first year.

၂၀၁၈ ခုႏွစ္၊ ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီလ ၅ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ဘီမ္းပညာေရးေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းႏွင့္ The Branch ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းတို႔ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္မႈျဖင့္ Solf skills အလုပ္ရုံုေဆြးေႏြးပြဲကို စတင္ႏိုင္ခဲ့သည္။ ဤေဆြးေႏြးပြဲအတြင္း ဘီမ္းေက်ာင္းသူ/ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားအား personal statement ေရးသားပံုေရးသားနည္း၊ တကၠသိုလ္ဝင္ခြင့္ေလွ်ာက္လႊာ၊ CV ေရးသားျပင္ဆင္ျခင္း၊ ပညာသင္ဆုႏွင့္ အလုပ္အကိုင္မ်ားအတြက္ အင္တာဗ်ဴးေျဖဆိုရန္ ျပင္ဆင္ရမည့္အခ်က္မ်ားစသည့္ ကၽြမ္းက်င္မႈမ်ားကို သင္ၾကားပို႔ခ်ေပးသြားမည္ျဖစ္သည္။ ဤေဆြးေႏြးပြဲ၏ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္မွာ ဘီမ္းေက်ာင္းသူ/ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားအတြက္ ၎တို႔၏ အလုပ္အကိုင္ႏွင့္ ပညာဆက္လက္သင္ယူဆည္းပူးရာခရီးလမ္းတြင္ ပိုမိုေကာင္းမြန္ေသာ ျပင္ဆင္ႏိုင္မႈကို ျဖည့္စြက္ေပးရန္ျဖစ္သည္။ ဤေဆြးေႏြးပြဲကို The Branch ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းကိုယ္စားျပဳ ေစတနာ့ဝန္ထမ္း Melinda မွ လာေရာက္ပို႔ခ်ေပးမည္ျဖစ္ၿပီး ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲကာလမွာ တစ္ပတ္လွ်င္ ႏွစ္ရက္ျဖင့္ ၂၀၁၈ ခုႏွစ္၊ ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီ ၅ ရက္ေန႔မွ မတ္လလယ္အထိ ရက္သတၱပတ္ ၆ ပတ္ ၾကာျမင့္မည္ျဖစ္သည္။
ယခုႏွစ္သည္ ဘီမ္းပညာေရးေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းအား အဆိုပါသင္တန္းမ်ားျဖင့္ ကူညီပံ့ပိုးေပးေနသည့္ The Branch ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္း၏ ၅ ႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ စီစဥ္ပံ့ပိုးမႈျဖစ္သည္။ The Branch ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းမွ တာဝန္ရိွသူမ်ားႏွင့္ ေစတနာ့ဝန္ထမ္း Melinda အား ဘီမ္းပညာေရးေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းမွ အထူးပင္ ေက်းဇူးတင္အပ္ပါသည္။
The Branch ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းသည္ အေရွ႕ေတာင္အာရွေဒသအတြင္း လူမႈအဖဲြ႕အစည္းမ်ား ေရရွည္ဖံြ႔ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္မႈအတြက္ ေထာက္ပံ့ေပးေနေသာ အဖဲြ႕တစ္ခုျဖစ္ၿပီး The Branch ေဖာင္ေဒးရွင္းအေၾကာင္း ထပ္မံသိရိွလိုပါက www.thebranchfoundation.org တြင္ ဝင္ေရာက္ ၾကည့္႐ႈႏိုင္သည္
