Cleaner and Office Assistant
Job Description

  • Clean the office, meeting rooms, tables, chairs, computers, and furniture every morning.
  • Ensure all restrooms and the kitchen are cleaned using appropriate antiseptic products; regularly inspect them to maintain safety and order.
  • Maintain cleaning tools such as dustbins, brooms, vacuums, and mops, ensuring they are clean and disinfected.
  • Arrange and organize classroom tables and chairs in proper order.
  • Open all office windows, doors, and gates daily.
  • Report any deficiencies, repair needs, or maintenance issues to management promptly.
  • Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately at the front desk.
  • Provide general support to visitors and direct them to the correct office or person as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing for regular staff meetings, foundation board meetings, and other events involving visitors.
  • Support the Admin Assistant with administrative tasks, including monitoring and checking office stationery and equipment stock.
  • Assist in purchasing office supplies, paying bills, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
  • Perform photocopying and other document-related tasks as required.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned to support the team and office functions effectively.

Job Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a cleaner.
  • Completion of at least a middle school education.
  • Proficiency in the Thai language is preferable.
  • Must possess a Thai ID, or Ethnic Card, or other cards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including flexibility, patience, honesty, responsibility, and a positive attitude.
  • Volunteer-minded, with a commitment to approximately 40 working hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • After completing the 3-month probation period, benefits include eligibility for Social Security health insurance.
