The Chiang Mai-based Institute of South East Asian Affairs (ISEAA) facilitates exchange semesters for students from abroad, with similar programs offered in Cambodia and Vietnam. The program combines language and elective courses with cultural exchange activities and excursions to allow visiting students to gain an insight into South East Asian culture and facilitate cross-cultural dialogue.
