VIA encourages inter-cultural exchange and learning through sending volunteers to Asian states and facilitating visits of Asian students to the United States for immersive learning and cross-cultural understanding. Through long-term and short-term programs, especially in schools in Asia and exchange meetings in Silicon Valley, VIA facilitates reciprocal encounters and understanding between Asian states and the USA.
