On 5th October 2016, BEAM Education Foundation conducted a 5-week Soft Skills Development workshop in collaboration with the Branch Foundation. Adam Lawrenceinstructedthe Soft Skills course for BEAM students and provided students with the skills to create a personal statement, cover letter and CV. Students also learned interview techniques for jobs and scholarships and skills for completing university applications. The course ran from 5 October to 4 November 2016. Adam was connected to BEAM through a partner NGO, The Branch Foundation. This is the Branch Foundation’s fifth year of leading Soft Skills Professional Workshops at BEAM, and Adam’s first year.
