The aim of our trilingual bulletin is to encourage literacy and communication within our community. The quarterly bulletin provides students, teachers, and staff with a space to share their thoughts and display their writing skills and creativity, as well as to highlight past and future activities at BEAM. We printed the first issue of our B-Bulletin on July 26, 2012, and we plan to release a second issue before the end of 2012. Within the forty pages of the first bulletin, readers can find a variety of poems, cartoons, articles, short stories, and essays written in Burmese, English, and Thai, on topics ranging from humor, education, IT, and personal reflections. We had an overwhelming number of submissions for this first issue, but because we had a limited number of pages,some materials have been saved for the next issue.
